30-Day Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
